- Gift Cards can be redeemed online at our website or at our stores.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking.
- Gift Cards will expire after 1 year from the date of issue. Any unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your Gift Cards.
- Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of misuse due to loss of confidential details through the fault of the purchaser, Needles Magic shall not be responsible and no refund can be issued.
- Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, and new Gift Cards cannot be provided against expired or unused Gift Cards.
- There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
Delivery
SOULINTHELABEL endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, SOULINTHELABEL may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.Loss in Transit
SOULINTHELABEL shall make all endeavours to deliver defect-free products. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. Defective and/or damaged goods must be communicated to SOULINTHELABEL within 120 hours of receipt. Any communication received after 120 hours shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty.Refunds & Returns
