Delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. We ship to all pin codes across India via trusted courier partners. Tracking details shared via email and SMS upon dispatch.

Order Placed
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. This email contains your order number — keep it safe.

Processing
We process orders within 2–3 business days. During this time, your piece is quality-checked, pressed, and packed by hand. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Dispatched
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your order in real time. We use trusted logistics partners for all domestic and international shipments.

Delivered
Your SOULIN piece arrives at your door. If you are unavailable, our courier partners will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification card. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for express orders.

After Delivery
We would love to know how your piece arrived. If anything is not right — damaged, incorrect, or missing — please write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes — but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please write to us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once a shipment is with our courier partner, we are unable to redirect it.
My tracking shows no movement. What do I do?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, especially over weekends. If your tracking has not moved in more than 3 business days, please reach out to us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Do you ship to all cities in India?

We ship to virtually all serviceable pin codes across India. In rare cases where a remote pin code is not covered by our courier partners, we will contact you with an alternative solution or a full refund.
My package arrived damaged. What happens now?

We are so sorry if this has happened. Please photograph the outer packaging and the piece, then email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions, no arguments. Every SOULIN piece should arrive perfectly.
Can I place an order as a gift with special packaging?

Yes. SOULIN pieces make deeply personal gifts. Please mention gifting in your order notes or write to us before placing the order and we will take special care of the presentation. Every order already receives thoughtful packaging — but for gifts, we go a step further.
